Made-to-order clothing

Each OYD clothing item is made to order. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or an incorrect colour selected by the customer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from what you ordered, contact carnaud5617@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed issue. Please contact us before sending any item back.

We aim to reply the same day, though some enquiries may take longer.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
